Brandon and Tabytha Goode
The 10th Cooking on the Square home is being built for Brandon and Tabytha Goode, along with son Noah (5) and Caleb (due in May!). Brandon and Tabytha moved to Cookeville 4 years ago, hoping to build a better life for themselves and their children. Brandon works at Dayco, in the warehouse and Tabytha is a full-time mom.
“I’m looking forward to owning a house of our own,” said Tabytha “where we can make memories and decorate in a way that feels comfortable to our family. I’m hoping that since we will be paying an affordable mortgage, we will have some extra income to do more things. We’d love to take Noah to the zoo or maybe even go to Winter Jam one year. Right now, that’s just not possible.”
Brandon and Tabytha have used some of their favorite Bible verses to help them stay positive during the time they have been waiting for their home to be built. Romans 8:36 and 37 says “Who shall separate us from the love of Christ? Shall trouble or hardship or persecution or famine or nakedness or danger or sword?... No, in all these things we are more than conquerors through Him who loved us.” They have almost completed all of their sweat equity hours and are excited about moving their growing family into a home of their own.
