Habitat for Humanity Provides
New Homeownership Opportunity:
Application Fair 2005

We will be holding an application fair on Tuesday, October 4th at 6pm at the offices of PCHFH, 728 East 15th Street. We are looking for applicants who meet the following criteria:

  1. Have lived in Putnam County for at least one full year
  2. Reasonable credit history
  3. Satisfactory rental history
  4. Steady income for one year
  5. Have a need for housing – due to living in substandard, unsafe, or overcrowded conditions, or paying 1/3 or more of gross income on housing.
  6. Willing to work 500 sweat equity hours
  7. Yearly gross income is between 25-50 percent of Putnam County’s medidan income.
