Home & Garden Show 2007

(1/15/07) The Upper Cumberland Home & Garden show is set for the weekend of March 2-4, 2007 at the Hyder Burks Ag Pavilion. This is the 29th year the Home Builders Association of the Upper Cumberland has held this show. Once again, Putnam County Habitat for Humanity is managing the show and a portion of the funds raised will benefit the housing ministry with their work.

More than 7,000 consumers are expected to come through the show and a few exhibit spaces are still available for area businesses interested in reaching these consumers. From the lawn to the roof, businesses with products or services related to the home are encouraged to call Amy Guidry (PCHFH Program Mgr and Show Coordinator) at the Habitat office (528-1711) to reserve an exhibit space before January 31st. The Home Builders Association of the Upper Cumberland, a member of the National Association of Home Builders, has a primary mission to enhance the climate for housing and the building industry and to promote policies that will keep housing a national and local priority.
