What was once a dream is now becoming a reality!  Putnam County Habitat for Humanity is building a 52 home neighborhood in the HEART of Cookeville!  West End Place is located in the center of the historic West End Neighborhood of Cookeville.  With 16.5 acres purchased from TTU Foundation, this property once owned by Larry and Jean Whitson Hester will one day be the home for 52 families and hundreds of children.

Located off West End Road, just off Spring Street, and conveniently across the street from West End Park, the Habitat homeowners will have easy access to jobs, education, shopping, and medical needs with this centralized location.

This project will require our comunity stepping up to help us raise funds and build the infrastructure and the homes! To complete Phase 1 and 2, it is estimated to require $1.6 million.

One method of investing in the project is the Adopt A Lot program.  Your support of a lot adoption for $20,000 will help with the costs of infrastructure - including grading, utility work, paving, etc.

With 75% of the funding coming from local donors, Habitat needs YOUR support to see this project flourish and allow local families to build strength, stability, and self-reliance through affordable homeownership. Drive to West End Place soon.  It's conveniently located off East Spring Street.
